• Processing Donations: To process your donation and provide you with a receipt. 

• Communication: To send you updates, newsletters, and information about our programs and events. 

• Compliance: To comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Data Distribution: Your donation and personal information will be passed to the Legacy club responsible for your region, based on your postcode, unless otherwise specified by the donor.

• Data Retention: Legacy Club Services retains your personal information in line with the Legacy Club Services Privacy Policy.
