How do I choose between the Adventurer (7km) and Challenger (10km) course?

- Go at your own pace – Whether you want to walk, jog, or run, it’s up to you.

- It’s all about effort, not perfection – This course is designed to be challenging but achievable for all fitness levels.
Challenger Course (approx. 10km) – The Full Military Experience
- No pre-race obstacle list – You’ll go in blind, just like a real military course.
- More obstacles, more teamwork – You’ll need to work together to get through it all.
