I’ve joined the ranks of people raising funds for Legacy, the organisation that supports our veterans’ families.
It’s really important to me to give back to the partners and children whose loved ones have made the greatest sacrifice for our country. That’s why I’ve got my boots on the ground, and I’ve committed to Operation: SWEAT.

Saturday 9th May 8 weeks till the first event, training is going well - first 16km achieved today, fastest 10km and 15km, starting to build up the stamina and increase the duration. Mixing up 2 outside runs, with 1 weights session and a HITT session each week. Over the next 2 weeks I will be progressing towards a half marathon ShareThank you to my supporters
